Description: Doorkeeper or rather "The Hunchback Doorkeeper of the Rectilinear Light" protects spiritural truth. The white partially covered square on the right side of the image stands for the idea that the first revelation of enlightment is recognizing all enlightment is first on intellectual concept or constuct whose purpose is the transcendence of the intellect itself.

The first real step to transcendence is the irrational leap of faith. That is why the Doorkeeper is not really a hunchback but an Angel whose shepards staff or (Staff of Power) is part of the construct that leads to the rectileanear light.

The angel has no feet to show that he is not of the material world. The wings of the Doorkeeper are hidden to create the illusion of the Hunchback to scare away the fearful and shallow and the arrogant, In other words you have to use the intellect to go beyond the intellect.
