Description: This is a metaphysical self-portrait. The artist has on his hand a piece of charcoal that forms a shape that he is painting. He is trying to paint spirit with the art. The image is blue and tinged with red. The blue is spirit and the red symbolizes the material expression of the spiritual idea. The face of the artist has one eye symbolizing the I am. On top of the head is an infinity symbol which means that the spirit is balancing eternity on his forehead.

On the left side of his face is a fish which is talking into the ear of the artist. This is a Christ symbol or the mystical body of God. This is much like the saying "Listen to the quiet voice within."

Below on his body are three faces spinning into one. This represents the interrelation of the multiple elements of our personality such as id, ego, and superego, etc. The painting is very subjective and is rich with many different symbols. They represent the motivation of the artist.
